Physical Exercise Paragraph
Physical exercise means the movement of our body in a systematic way. It is not possible to keep good health and mental soundness without taking some form of physical exercise. Regular physical exercise makes one strong and fit for work. There are many kinds of physical exercise for us. But all are not suitable for everyone. Of course, young people can take almost any form of exercise. They may participate in games and sports like cricket, football, badminton, tennis, golf, martial arts, and so on. Many others can choose gymnastics like running, weight lifting, etc. However, all forms of recreational exercises are not suitable for older people. Walking in the open air is the best exercise for them. Some older people may choose running depending on their physical ability. That is why it is unwise for an older person to take exercise without the suggestions of a physician. It is also important that without exercise our body becomes weak. As a result, we become vulnerable to many diseases. On the other hand, when we take exercise, our body becomes strong and there grows natural preventive ability against diseases in our body. Thus if a person takes regular exercise, he can remain energetic and spirited even in the old age. Exercise is the right form and in the right proportion works as a tonic to refresh our mind. But it is very important to keep in mind that over-exercise tells upon the body and it can sometimes lead to our disability. So we must avoid this situation of taking excessive exercise. Anyway, physical exercise has great positive effects on a student. So we all should take regular physical exercise.
