Subject:World heritages sites in Bangladesh.
Dear friend,
Last letter you wanted to know about the world heritages sites in Bangladesh. Now i am described about it.
Though Bangladesh is a small country it has many heritage sites. The historical Shat Gambuj Mosque of Bagerhat, the Buddist Vihara of Paharpur, the longest sea-beach of the Bay of Bengal of Chittagong and the Sundarbans are the most important of them. The Shat Gambuj Mosque is situated in the district of Bagerhat. It is the 15th century Islamic edifice founded by Saint Khan Jahan Ali. The ruins of the Buddist Vihara is situated at Paharpur in the district of Rajshahi. It was founded in the 7th century. It is the largest Buddist monastery in the Indian subcontinent. It bears an archeological importance for its historical and cultural value. Again Sundarbans is the most important world heritage site in Bangladesh which is situated to the South of the country.
The government should take proper care of the world heritage sites in Bangladesh. The people of Bangladesh should protect the world heritage sites from being decline or destruction.
